The world is full of people who sit on their balls when they play pool.
However, this is not a universal rule.
In fact, there are some people who do sit on theirs, but only when they are playing pool.
We spoke to a man who sits on his balls in the pool and a woman who sits her backside on her own.

The men were all married, with a partner, but the women had different priorities.
“It depends on the day,” says Ms Pappas, of the differences in sitting positions.
“Some days we sit, some days we stand.
There’s a lot of flexibility in your body.”
The man and woman also discussed the importance of not using a pool cue when sitting down.
“A pool cue is a great way to relax,” says the woman, “but sometimes it’s a bit too much.
Ms Papps also said that a chair is best for a sit down, because the cushion is firm and the cushioning helps with back pain. “
If you want to go in and do some relaxation exercises, you can sit on the balls, which is much better for your back, but I’m not always comfortable with that.”

However she said it’s best to have your back straight and level, rather than leaning over the table or back.
“Sometimes I think it’s better to just lay flat on your back with your back against the wall,” she says.
“I also think a chair has a wider angle, so you can use it to relax and get your back into a good position.”
When it comes to the size of the balls that are on the table, some women prefer them to be a little smaller.
“My favourite is a little bigger,” says one of the women, “and then I sit on a little pad that’s slightly wider than the balls.”
What to do when you’re having a rough time at home?
If you’re feeling unwell, or if you’re worried about your back because of back pain, the advice is to get your exercise in and get back to your favourite activity.
Ms Pappa recommends that if you have to sit for extended periods of time, you should go for a short walk or take a walk to refresh your mind.
The best thing is to sit back down on a towel or a pillow, and you can stretch your back muscles by doing some light stretches.
“You can do a lot with the back and the balls,” says Dr Pappa.
“Your back is really strong.
So you can do anything you want, you just have to get up and do it.”
The Australian Health and Medical Practitioners’ Association (AHPMA) recommends that people have regular check-ups to check their levels of pain and inflammation and to see if they’re suffering from a back injury, including injuries that can lead to back pain and stiffness.

If your back is hurting, check with your GP.
A lot of people are also concerned about their privacy when it comes out about their sex life.
However the AHPMA advises that you shouldn’t share your sex life online or on social media, so it’s important to be careful when it’s private.
“People can be so self-absorbed about their own sex lives, so the best thing you can say is, ‘Don’t tell anyone,'” says Dr Riddell.
“Just don’t share it.”
